DESCRIPTION OF PROMOTION:

First Bet Offer $1,500

$1,500 First Bet Offer Acquisition Promotion for BetMGM Sportsbook. BetMGM players will receive a First Bet Offer Token to apply to any bet on any sport (the “Qualifying Event”). Receive up to $1,500 in Bonus Bets if that bet loses. First Bet Offer Tokens may be used on wagers with a minimum odds of -10,000, and are valid for seven (7) days. First Bet Offer token will expire seven (7) days after being issued. Limit one offer per customer.

“Bonus Bets” are credits which allow participants to place another bet with BetMGM Sportsbook; such credits cannot be withdrawn or cashed-out by participants, are forfeited when used to place another bet, and are lost if the bet(s) placed with such credits do not win. Bonus bets will expire in seven (7) days.

PROMOTIONAL PERIOD:

This “Sports Promotion” is available to qualifying customers from 8/28/2025 at 12:00 AM EST through 2/9/2026 at 11:59 PM EST, unless terminated earlier in BetMGM, LLC’s sole discretion (the “Promotional Period”). Accounts opened before or after the Promotional Period will not qualify for the Sports Promotion.

ELIGIBILITY:

This Sports Promotion is open to new users who, at the time of wagering, are located in a state or jurisdiction in which the Promoter offers online sports wagering services, are at least 21 years old, are not on an exclusion or self-exclusion list, and who during the Promotional Period both (a) make a first deposit of at least ten dollars ($10.00) (a “Qualifying Deposit”), and (b) place their first real money sports wager using their online BetMGM Sportsbook account (“Participant(s)”).

Employees, officers, directors, members and representatives of BetMGM, LLC, its parent and affiliate companies, and any advertising agency or web company connected with the Promoter, as well as immediate family members and household members of each such person, are not eligible. Additional restrictions apply as outlined below.

ACTION REQUIRED:

• Download the BetMGM Sportsbook app on iOS or Android, or visit betmgm.com.
• Sign up and deposit at least ten dollars ($10.00) into your BetMGM Sportsbook account.
• To use your First Bet Offer token, add a bet of up to $1,500 on any sporting event (an “Eligible Event”) to your bet slip with the token activated. Place your first wager and receive up to $1,500 back in Bonus Bets if the bet loses. First Bet Offer token will expire seven (7) days after being issued.
• If the bet does lose, your Bonus Bets will be available once your initial wager is settled.
• “Bonus Bets” are credits which allow participants to place another bet; such credits cannot be withdrawn or cashed-out by participants and are forfeited when used.

CLAIMING PROMOTIONAL OFFER:

To claim this Sports Promotion, Participant must, during the Promotional Period, (a) visit www.betmgm.com or download the app, (b) open a wagering account, (c) deposit a minimum of ten dollars ($10.00), and (d) place and settle a real money bet with the First Bet Offer token activated (a “Qualifying Bet”). Only the first $1,500 of a Qualifying Bet are eligible. First Bet Offer token will expire seven (7) days after being issued.

After placing a Qualifying Bet, if it is a loser, Participant will receive Bonus Bet credits in an amount equal to the lesser of (i) the amount of the Qualifying Bet, or (ii) up to $1,500.

ORDER OF FUNDS USED / USING BONUS BETS:

All Bonus Bets will be credited to Participant’s account promptly (within approximately 24 hours) after the Qualifying Bet loses. To use a Bonus Bet, add bet(s) to your Bet Slip (Straight or Parlay), tap on “Apply Bonus Bet?” next to the stake area to display eligible Bonus Bets and activate the desired one. If a wager using a Bonus Bet wins, net winnings will be credited; the stake amount is not credited.

CANCELLATION:

If Participant opts to cash out the first bet early through “Cash Out” or “Auto Cash Out”, edits the first bet through “Edit My Bet”, or gets the first bet canceled, Participant will no longer be eligible for this Sports Promotion. Bonus Bets and First Bet Offer token are not required to be wagered once awarded; they will expire seven (7) days after being issued/credited.

IMPORTANT TERMS:

This Sports Promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other BetMGM Sportsbook promotion. The Promoter will have complete discretion over interpretation of these Terms and Conditions and administration and operation of this Sports Promotion. Additional terms, limitations, exclusions, and Force Majeure provisions apply.
